Privacy Policy
Pre-release notice. Cribbage Squares is not yet publicly released. The advertising and consent details below describe the planned production configuration and will be reviewed before launch.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Mythix LLC website at mythixllc.com and the mobile game Cribbage Squares. “Mythix,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mythix LLC.
2. Information stored on your device
Cribbage Squares stores game progress, completed levels, and preferences such as language and sound settings locally on your device. The game does not require an account, and Mythix does not receive this local game data. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app may permanently remove it.
3. Information you send us
If you email us for support, privacy questions, or business inquiries, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and attachments. We use it to respond, troubleshoot, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
4. Website and hosting data
As of the effective date, this website does not use advertising cookies or first-party analytics. Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs—such as IP address, browser or device type, requested page, and timestamp—to deliver, secure, and maintain the site.
5. Optional rewarded advertising
The planned production version of Cribbage Squares may use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to offer an optional rewarded video that reveals a round's best layout. When the SDK is active, Google may automatically collect or process information such as:
- IP address and approximate location;
- app interactions, including launches, taps, and ad views;
- diagnostic and performance information;
- device, app, or advertising identifiers; and
- advertising and fraud-prevention information.
Google may use this information to provide and measure ads, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, and support analytics. Processing may occur in countries other than your own. Learn more in Google's partner-sites policy, privacy policy, and advertising policy.
6. Consent and choices
Before public release, Mythix plans to present consent or privacy choices where required by law and platform rules. You may decline an optional rewarded ad and continue playing without using that feature. Device settings may also let you limit or reset an advertising identifier.
7. Children
Cribbage Squares is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or contact a local data-protection authority. Email us to make a request; we may need to verify it before responding.
9. Security and changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. We may update this policy as the game, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
